Resolve your loss issues and move beyond grief to a richer quality of life. This program is conducted by Certified Grief Recovery Specialists and is affiliated and endorsed by the Grief Recovery® Institute.
- Guided Imagery/Meditation Circle
A mind-body intervention aimed at easing stress, and promoting a sense of peace and tranquility at a stressful or difficult time in someone's life.
- Health Rhythms®
A stress reducing workout for body, mind and spirit through recreational drumming. This program is conducted by a certified Health Rhythms® Facilitator.
- Experiential Seminars
